From 11 November 2023 to 7 January 2024, the exhibition "Ercole Baldini, una leggenda Italiana" (Ercole Baldini. An Italian Legend) will be held at Museo di San Domenico.
The exhibition, organised by the Municipality of Forlì, in collaboration with the Minerva publishing house and the champion's sons Mino and Riziero Baldini, and curated by sports journalist Beppe Conti, pays tribute to the Italian cycling icon.

You will find on display for the first time the most prestigious memorabilia of his long cycling career, such as his bicycles, with which he won the most important titles, rainbow jerseys, cups such as the gold one celebrating the Giro d'Italia he won in 1958, and the most prestigious medals such as Olympic gold medals.

His life and glorious career will be narrated by the extraordinary and unique black and white photographs of the great Bolognese photojournalist Walter Breveglieri, who was a sincere friend of Ercole Baldini and who followed him throughout his racing career, documenting it with numerous snapshots.

These photos tell the story of Ercole Baldini's life with his family and on his bicycle, with an iconographic collection on cycling before Baldini, the "friends/enemies" cyclists of his time in Romagna, the private Baldini and the people who waited for him to pass by the roadsides.
